My name is Angie and if like me, you have found the last 18 months something you hadn't anticipated or prepared for, you may be feeling a little lost, overwhelmed anxious, sad, or lonely. Then I would like to help. I offer a safe and supportive space for you to express your feelings, not just about the last 18 months, but anything you're finding painful, confusing,  difficult, or hard to reconcile.

I am a BACP practitioner with a specialism in addiction issues, including drugs, alcohol, relationships, gambling, food. . I see beyond the addiction, to the underlying feelings and trauma a person may feel.  I work from a person-centred approach and can help you with issues around low mood, depression, anxiety, relationship difficulties, bereavement, grief, domestic violence, historic abuse, and sexuality.

I am passionate about working with women who struggle with self-identity, self-esteem, trauma, family issues, and relationships with parents, particularly adult children of those who have struggled with addiction.

A Word from NSPW: What can we say about Angie, she's funny & conscious person, and a real treat to our team!
