Anna Lacey
FINAL YEAR TRAINEE THERAPIST:
WORKS WITH ADULTS, TEENS & CHILD
About Me:
My name is Anna, and I am currently in my professional year of study at Leeds University, pursuing an MA in Psychotherapy and Counselling. From a young age, I have been fascinated by the similarities and differences among people.
Alongside my counselling studies, I worked within the fashion industry, where I served as a mental health first aider and wellbeing advocate. This role allowed me to witness first-hand the significant impact mental health challenges can have on workplace wellbeing.
During my time in the fashion industry, I focused on breaking down barriers to seeking support and implemented company-wide initiatives to promote mental health awareness and accessibility. This experience, combined with my academic training, has deepened my passion for supporting individuals in overcoming their mental health challenges and achieving personal growth.
