What are you passionate about:

Supporting individuals to flourish and fulfil their potential is at the heart of my motivation. I provide a safe space for clients to explore and address their challenges; seeking and sharing their perspective to help build resilience and open new ways of dealing with life’s complexities and difficulties. Nurtured within a warm, respectful and empathetic counselling relationship, the use of psychoeducation explores techniques to integrate into daily life during and continuing after the end of therapy.
